Experience:
Dr Gowda has prepared reports as part of his clinical duties for the purposes of Employment Tribunals, Mental Health Review Tribunals, Section 35 of the Mental Health Act 1983 and as an Expert Witness in Child Care Proceedings.
He has attended and passed the ‘Medico-legal Expert Witness Certificate (Family)’ by The Inns of Court School of Law and In Practice.
